if you bought it new then its unlikely to be flashed

I've now flashed it and its says sucessful

yeah you need to choose the Symbol Rate for your area and perform a scan to get the channels, i did a deep scan and it didn't take long.

I did the Symbol Rate and deep scan

I did'nt find any channels :-(

downloaded channel file now it works
deep scan dosn't
