new eurovox ex5100 pvr not working

hi could anyone please help me with my problem.
i've just bought a ex5100 and it will only display standard channels, all cable channels display a scrammbled signal message.
do i need a new version firnware? if so can you direct me as to where i'll find it.

help with ex5100

you need to flash your box from a pc. if you have a look for some one on this site by the name of satsmo he will redirect you to the software that needs to be downloaded we had that problem but now it is all sorted thanks to satsmo.
