Problems viewing channels on certain frequencies

Hello all i was just wondering why all of a sudden on my EX5100 certain frequencies are now showing as no or bad signal and around 20% signal quality.

Whereas others are around 80%, no settings have been touched and channels like itv2 etc are on those frequencies.

Anyone got any idead as to what has happened.

if your in leeds m8 your box is ~~~~ed its useless nagra 3 in leeds

No i aint in leeds im up in scotland mate, gonna see if doing a factory reset then re-scanning will work if not dont know whats going on

iam also in Scotlands, Capital and i have the same problem! Ive tryed rescaning the frequency and its still the same.

Yes what i done was do a factory reset/clear data.

Then re-scanned it seems the channels on the no/bad signal frequencies have changed to a different frequency so need to do a factory reset for it to pick these back up.

Manually updating or updating the whole set of frequencies wont help you, needs to be factory resetted.

Hope this helps anyone on scotland who had the same problems that i was facing.
