HD CHANNELS NOT WORKING

I have eurovox ex7000HD+ CHANNEL 4 HD has stopped working, and nat geo HD ,,, ESPN BBC MTV HD ARE ALL OK,, Any suggestions?
ibtw i have done re scan ,,

Hi m8 vm have been moving some frequency's about,save your channel tbn to your memory pen , do a deep scan take note of the freq put your saved tbn back on then press menu>user installation>ok>red btn add>and put in the frequency you saved then the symbol rate red btn save then press ok to highlight the freq then scan.
