Help - USB-Serial on Windows 7 on Eurovox Max and 5000

Tryng to upload and download cdf files back to Eurovox - was working on Windows Vista currently not working on Windows 7

Cannot get the loader to communicate with the Eurovox loader

Can someone assist

if anybody has any advise wud really appreciate it

got it working at the moment with xp but wud like a fix if anyone cud help
