can someone help please i live in portsmouth area and my box has gone down does anyone know if there is an update for firmware or where i could get the keys from to manually input

have you tried rescan m8
i've got same box & using the same firmware what's in stickies
with no probs,engineers been doing work in your area so that may have something to do with it but don't contact vm just yet

tried updateing channels but no luck i also had a look at the keys in nagra and they are all set at zeros so it apears to not be updateing keys

if your box got up to date firmware in it you don't need to input any keys,try rescan see what that does won't do any harm to your box

sorry to apear a bit thick but do u know what the symbol rate should be for this area as i scanned at 6.952 and only got 44 channels

Hi, Do a clear data/factory reset first and then re-scan on 6.887
