Missing channels on my Pvr500

Hi, the other day channels 4 and 4+1 lost signal this was continuing for the whole day so the next day I decided to rescan, but now I have lost those channels all together, either that or they are there and I just cant find them because all my channels are now in different orders. Im in Nottingham and other channels I cant find are comedy central xtra and +1 and also bravo+1

I alos have a problem with audio description on certain channels which is annoying me, can anyone help with this?

Hi m8, Its not the firmware that is causing the loss of some channels, it VM doing some upgrade work. Loads of people have reported loss of channels in their area.
Best thing is to do a clear data/factory reset and do a deep scan, without any splitters on line.

You can check the firmware on your box >menu>config>system info>ok.

As for the audio description, on the affected channel press the RED button on remote and select another audio option.
