Lost Channels ITV, C4, E4

Can someone please help me, i had my Eurovox EX1000 SL set up with all the channels and a couple of days ago C4, C4+1, E4, E4+1 some movie channels and ITV channels all said no or bad signal, i have tried resetting to factory settings and performing a deep scan and they are still not there, I have searched the forum and can't seem to find anything to help me! is there any way to manually get these channels installed? I am in notts area. Thanks

Have you checked if they are under the TVCh headings without the name showing ?

if you have any splitters connected m8 remove them then fac default and rescan ,hope this helps.

I had the same problem and I had to reinstall the firmware and then do a deep scan and all is ok now.

try turning your box off at the mains,for a minute then rescan.

I had the same problem as well, did a deep scan and it was sorted!

Thank you thank you thank you! after stressing over this i took your advice and switched off box at mains, reinstalled the firmware, did a deep scan and all is well again! In your face virgin haha

I'm having a similar problem, but factory reset and rescan still leaves E4 and E4+1 showing as no signal, and the info shows as 28% signal strength only for these two channels.

Guess I'll try and reinstall the firmware once more.

put these frequency's in manualy then do a channel update 355,000. 162,000. 155,000. that should get them back

Hi m8 you must be scanning the wrong symbol rate try 6887 if you still dont get channels then use 6952

ok got it with 6887, got about 400 channels, , do you know how to sort them out
