hi all i have brought a eurovox ex 1100 usb and for the love of god i carn't get the dam thing to show any programs is there anyone who can help me please i am new to all this tecno stuff you may say a bit of a thicko help me please other half giving me grieve

Downloaded the firmware You need from downloads then extract it to your pen drive
Ensure your box is powered off before plugging the pen drive into the usb socket
Press Menu>tools>Upgrade by usb then highlight the firmware file and press red to flash and ok to confirm
do a factory default and powerscan .
