EX1100 USB STRANGE PROBLEM??

I updated to the very latest firmware on friday night to solve the EPG and slot in out problem and it has worked fantastic and could flick through the channels no problem......BUT and a very big BUT is that after installing the firmware i did a quick scan and it found no channels and when i went back to watch tv all the channels said no signal so i turned it off at the mains and when i switched it back on all my channels were back so i tried (for my very first time) a power scan and had the same problem but as before switched it off at the mains and my channels came back, so im worried that i will not be able to scan for future channels and ppv's etc. Could somebody please guide me through what i am doing wrong please? Its just before the firmware update i could do a quick scan whenever i wanted and watch all the channels and radio stations pop up in the found list and now...NOTHING!! Thanks for your time hope to get some advice soon.

If you left the box switched off overnight the odds are its ok now,sometimes they need to be left alone to sort themselves out .......

i hope it is ok telecom just very strange how its not picking anything up while scanning whilst the previous firmware there was no problem

have you set the corect transponder rate for your area?
