lost all channel on eurovox ex1100

Please can somone advise me how I can restore all the channel on my box.
I switched on my box in the morning and I have lost picture from all the channels. Pleas help.
I dont know wjat firm wire i have already on the box since this was working fine until todayu.
Should i upgrade the firm ware? If so where?
P.s - I am new to this site and it my 1st thread. so be nice thanks!

hello baby face welcome to dk, if you could post your area (nearest big town will do) then someone may be able to tell you if there is a local problem, or read through this section Eurovox to see if anyone else has posted similar probs to you
