where are you from, have you tried rescan. if its been working upto now, should work.

still not working tried to flash it again and just says channels not found then do a scan and nothing pls help dude

just recived my new box today but alot of the channels seem to be scrambled any ideas on how to sort this ?

donloaded the software for eurovox but when i opened it its all numbers and letters,is this because its a zip file or is it normal and im just a plonker?

if you have a FTA image then you need to access the download section and download the firmware / software of your model and flash the box

once you have that done then rescan it by selecting the correct transponder of your area

i.e 6952 or 6887

One is for NTL and the other is for c/w and telepest

download the firmware which says Auto sort so that way you dont have mess about with sorting out the favourites.

after that go to a PPV channels and wait for code to update.
