Eurovox EX7000HD Splitting

Hi Everyone,
Complete newbie to these forums so here goes.
I have an ex7000hd can i split incoming signal so to feed this box and the virgin media box at same time. The wife likes to watch catch up tv on virgin...... Will it work ?

yes of course. Live cable feed into splitter, 2 cables out - 1 to virgin box, 1 to eurovox
