hi new to all this
ive downloaded the firmware but when i open the firmware all i get is com3 then not responding so cant flash the box any advise???????? its doin my head in

try another usb port. also try starting the firmware up before plugging in the usb from the eurovox. remember the eurovox must be in the standby mode and you must have the correct drivers for the usb to serial adapter that you are using.

ive got the correct drivers installed as i used the disc that came with the lead the clock is on the boc instead of ---- and all as the download says is com3 then doesnt respond however long i leave it
