Eurovox-Max Blue Loosing Channels

Hello Gents,

I am using my Eurovox-Max Blue with Virgin Media(Ex.Telewest)
and from time to time I am loosing some channels. I would erease all channels and do full scan and then they will be back, but
yesterday I lost Diva +1 channel. I tried to retrieve it the same way,
got all other channels but not Diva +1. Also tried to change the last codes from "Key Master", still no joy. Last firmware updated 30.11.2008. Please is there anyone here to advise?

I am staying in Linlithgow, West Lothian. Just to tell the news: Strangely Channel Diva +1 came back today, so I can asume it was just a problem within channel itself.
