EUROVOX MAX V -help

Hi all !
My Eurovox max v has been down since december 09. Only gettin channels 1-5 the rest say pls insert smart card. just wondering if anyone knows if there is a fix for this ? or 2009/10 firmware update. i know a few ppl are having the same problem and thought there would be an update out by now but I can only seem to find 08 stuff.

Software version 1.0 ST4 April 18th 2008 is the software running my box and works perfectly well ....as far as I kinow there is no update to this ....

H m8 press menu and on lanuguage settings press ok then type 1968 and enable the emulation
