Updated 1100USB not working after latest update

Updated a Eurovox 1100USB to the latest firmware. After seemingly successful and the TV picture came back on, tried to bring up the EPG and box turned off, though the blue LED remained on.

Did a mains power reset and tried again, same thing.

Essentially, any button pressed on the remote control results in the box powering off (no picture or sound), but the blue LED remains on.

The box doesn't respond to any other remote buttons after this happens, can only unplug it to bring it back on and then the loop starts.

Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone know a way to reset it via hardware - since I can't get into the menus.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

there is a little micro swith inside the box, you can try that.

try reflashing the box

Thanks, had to reflash through serial. Latest update still didn't work, so reverted to previous working version and it's now ok.

all you need is in the red section at top of eurovox section, easy to do, have read.
