eurovox 5000, 400 channels???

i got a eurovox 5000 and i was told by someone you can get 400 channels with chatterbox software? is this true? i have nearly 300 channels but i dont see how software can install more channels since there found by scanning. is 260'ish channels normal or low?

300 is normal most of them crap if you get 400 then thay will be copies of the ones you have

yeah good point maybe he has repeat channels
what is the best transponder or freq to scan?
i noticed someone posted there adult channels and i dont seem to get as many as they do

Hi m8, some of the channels may have moved frequencies. To get all the channels back, do a clear data/factory reset and do a deep scan using the correct SR for your area. A deep scan will also pick up duplicate channels.

telling us where you are would help but if you are in a pure area it will 6887 if tw then 6952 try them both
