Cant get updates on eurovox5000

    Cant get updates on eurovox5000

    brought a eurovox5000 and cant put the new software on my box, i have a null modem lead with a usb attatched but it just does nothing it says waiting for response off box any other suggetions please|!!!!!!!!

      Had same problem today, just plugged the grey null modem lead directly into the back of my pc and then into the box and hey presto!! The usb cable did not play ball.

          make sure the nul modem cable is set to com 1 or it wont work

              It will if your null modem is in port2 as im sure most pcs have 2 atleast it just depends which one its plugged into.
