    EX5100 Keeps failing

A few weeks ago none of the channels worked. I've rescanned using the power scan as well as all other choices. I have even reflashed it. When I did it it worked but when I put in on standby and switched it back on 2 days later it had lost all my channels and favourites went back to factory resets. I've rescanned and it sometimes finds no channels and sometimes some, sometimes all but when I come to watch them it flickers bad or no signal. I've checked all the cables and I'm a legit Virgin customer so the signal is OK.

I've tried everything, what could it be?

It has to be either a poor connection or a tuner failure in the box, most likely is a connection somewhere, have you tried by plugging the incoming feed directly into the box with nothing in between? It could also be a faulty splitter, there have been quite a few instances of that in the forums ... the Virgin boxes are much more tolerant of signal problems,it doesn't take very much to upset these Eurovoxes whatever ....

you need to try a deep scan scan with no splitters on your feed ie straight into the eurovox and nothing else.
