Eurovox box gone off in Leicester

same thing happened with my eurovox 5000 yesterday, but i did a factory reset and a deep scan and picked up all the frequencies and got all the channels back apart from most of the sky movie channels, (family, action, sci fi, thriller etc) can anybody help ?
