hi if any 1 can help id really apreciate it i lost a couple channels so i did a factory reset and rescanned and lost all of them now,ive tried numerous of things going into hidden menu putting emu to emu tmax i think it says,then re scanned and nothing tried deep scans and nothing ive messed about for hours now and still carnt suss how to do it its not my feed as my other box is working fine,do i need to manually input codes or something i know its something simple but just carnt figure it out any help or advice really apreciate it

did you scan on the correct symbolrate for your area (what's your location)

hiya thank you sure its 6887 (teeside) ive tried both still nothing found sure its sumet simple

ive done after 3 hrs i wasnt doing a factory reset before scanning each time i managed to get all channels back but all pay channels were saying scrambled so i went into laungages red button 2520 put emu to other setting put channel on sky sports 1 and it said up dating data then all channels came back x

Hi,

Im in the same boat im from teesside and have the same problem skysports 1 and 3 dont work along with bbc1.

As i have a basic knowledge with technology can you give me the step by step to do this please.

quite a few channels have changed to different frequencies in the Teesside area
the easiest solution is to do a factory default reset and rescan on symbolrate 6887

done a reset and then scanned and put the latest firmware on it and ive got them all back.

Although espn is freezing/scrambling

frezing etc is generally associated with signal strength, check all your connection - remake them if necessary, if that doesn't cure it you could try another scan or try making a small adjustment to the frequency.

you don't need to reflash firmware
