can anyone help me, i have recently lost some of my channels on my eurovox, e4, comedy central, mtv and a few others, does anyone know how i can get them back.

Hi m8 and welcome to DK.
There is a lot of upgrade work going on and channels are being moved around.
Do a clear data/factory reset and re-scan using the correct symbol rate for your area/provider and this should pick up the missing channels.
