eurovox ex7000 help

Hi everyone.
Just got my hands on a eurovox ex 7000 today, everything flashed as supposed to do and got lots of channels.
however im missing a couple of channels (ie FXHD), does anyone know how to manually add channels of will i need to keep doing full scans till i find it,

ps. im not using a splitter or anything like that

Scan after 7pm

Once you have all your channels.
If any channels go scrambled you can go to user installation (manual), highlight the required freq by pressing OK and then blue button for scan. This way you won't lose your favs etc.
The freq still shows up even if the channel is scrambled.
