Hi my naame is Chris, I have just brought a EX7000 HD+. Can someone please tell me which software I need? Thank you in advance

Hi m8 you can get the firmware from downloads then when you have downloaded the firmware click to open it, and rename the flash , flash.tbn, put this onto your memory pen then into the back of the box , switch the box off/on with the switch at the back , the box will then reboot ,on the led on the front of the box it should say now booting , open flash , extracting flash then count up from 0 to 100 then reboot , you may have to do a deep scan using the symbol rate for your area 6887 or 6952.

thank you i get as far as putting the mem stick in my box, but once it is in i'm not sure how do open flash.. I see the file but there is no open to extract..
I see it in the usb file and i am trying the scan right now but dont think it is going to work..
