I cant get the codes to work, i am from stoke on trent area

thats because most likely u have a FTA firmware on that box

Am guessing you only just bought the box and thought that it will work straight out of the box

Access the download section and download the Auto sort Firmware for your box and flash it using a Null modem Cable (RS232). if you dont hav a com port then you can get a usb Converter.

p.s: I forgot to mention that if you did buy that box today then you might as well return it because N3 is currently hitting peoples houses and it will render your box useless.... Just incase you wondering what other boxes will work... Well NO boxes will work at this moment in time.
