7000 recording

anyone help with recording on 7000, when i punch in to timer record it comes up on screen that recording will start in 10 seconds, but it dosent start unless i press the go button, any answers

I'd love to be constructive but in all honesty....don't waste your time recording as the pvr is sh@? on it. You'll find at some point, when u eventually get a recording, that the unit will erase the files from ur hdd or as I've started to discover it can crash the box on play back and "invalid data" for every channel which then requires a reboot.

Doubt there will be a fix for the pvr now, they'll be to busy trying to punt as many units as they can b4 the switch.
