help please!!!!

hi im kind of new to this, but basically ive have a euromax v , and was working fine up till last week and now ive lost all the channels. I read on line that i should try a power scan witch did nothing but i cant even scroll through the channels any more the display just stays 000 .
Im with vm and in leic area,, any help please?
ps.. i do have a usb - female 9pin cable ,, just incase

do a factory default reset and then powerscan on symbolrate 6887

thanks for that, but can you just run it by me on the factory reset (how to) ?

press menu goto config, clear data then user installation in the install menu, goto user installation, power scan press ok wait

hey it worked !!! after a factory reset and then a deep scan it picked all the channels up , great!! just want to say thanks for everyones input it was very helpfull .

Hi Smoggy, im having the same problem as diddy128 & my box has stopped responding to the remote any way I can do a factory reset Manually ? I can get the menu you displayed on screen bu using volume buttons on box but cant navigate any further with out remote & the new remote I got doesnt work either.

which box do you have
have you tried disconnecting and re-connecting power if that doesn't work try reflashing the box
