    connection problems usb to ex 7000 box

    just got a external harddrive a iomega 1tb but when i connect to box it says usb drive not connected anyone help please

      i get the same message with the memory stick i use. i can fix it by wiggling the connection around a few times!

          sorted it had to format it to fat32
