Downloading channels from EX7000HD

Hello All

Just a quick post as I'm struggling to download the channels from my EX7000HD via null modem to usb serial...can't get the DnUpMan program to connect to the box...

Has anyone got any idea's what I'm doing wrong...or is there an easier way via usb?
