Eurovox blue

hi, can anyone please help. I have lost everything on my eurovox blue box. Tried re-scanning and power scanning but still cant even get bbc1. Should i reset to factory default settings and then power scan again? Any help much appreciated.

Hi m8 do you have another box to try on the same feed , do you pay vm for a tv package or broadband , and what area are you in.

ye chic, i have a digivox xl which also lost all but re-scanned and i have most back. i pay vm for a broadband/tv package. i stay in perth. cheers

if your eurovox still has no channels then factory reset delete all channels and power scan on the symbol rate for your area

Trouble downloading firmware for blue eurovox max

Hi, I have an old eurovox blue max, any ideas where I can get the latest firmware from? I get page cannot be displayed from the link on this site. Any help much appreciated. Cheers

Ok the firmware updated successfully, now when I do a full scan all the frequencies have gone. Any ideas? Do I have to put them back in manually, if so any ideas where I can them from. Sorry for being a bit dim! Cheers

you must be scanning the wrong symbol rate try 6887 if you dont get any tp change it to 6952 and do a power scan

Thanks very much...all channels back. I'm watching The Hurt Locker on Sky Box Office, great stuff. One last question, any idea how long I have before Virgin change their system in the midlands (Stafford). Will this kill the Eurovox boxes for good?? Thanks again.
