Your symbol rate will be either 6.887 or 6.952, it depends who your cable/area provider is.

Try them both one at a time, it wont do any harm.
Make sure you do a clear data/factory reset every time before a new scan.

you should invest in a null modem cable, only a few ? on fleabay. Then just flash the box and no more manual update, all done for you.

I have lost all channels tried to flush it but with no success am in lon how can u help or what should i do pls
