Channels Lost Teesside Eurovox 1100

i am glad that i bought a Starview The BOX Super USB all i have to do is load the new firmware on to a USB Stick and boot it up no PC no Laptop no null modem & seiriel ports simples and i got my 2 Starviews up and running yesterday

Hi all, my first post on this site.
I have a eurovox1100 usb and every channel is now blank. do i follow the advice given on deep scan or do i download the latest firmware, if it`s the latter how do i do it as it`s saying i dont have the privilages needed. Thanks in anticipation.

Thank god i stumbled across this thread, was starting to lose the will to live without SKy Sports News!!!! Factory reset and rescan worked a treat!! Cheers fella's!! (Am in chester by the way, Eurovox 1100)

spot on m8, i live in redcar too, missed the fight last night coz the f**kin channels went off done a deep scan on 6887 came straight bk on with no probs also got some new channels too
