S.Sports Extra / Sky Premier Movies

Can anyone tell me why I can get every channel except Sky Sports Extra and Premier Movies (annoying as I wanted to watch Andy Murray last night!).
I have the latest firmware, power scanned without a splitter and still can't get it. Is there some kind of manual installation I can do just for these 2 channels. I live in the SK (Stockport) post code if that helps.

try a booster mate. this one is cheap and does the job. you dont say what box you're using.
if your using 500c try a bruteforce uk scan

Try adding this freq and do a manual scan on it 5387500
menu,installation and use the coloured buttons green i think then blue and info button

My box is the Eurovox EX 5000, if it helps.

Try a diferent software

I had the problem so I changed back to 18/04/08 firmware & now they are all there.

I'm going to try and install the software you mention, but can'r find it on the download page. Can you please confirm where it is (or is it under a different name).

The 18/04/08 firmware is for the Max V. You need 1.1A for the EX5000.

can i get sky sports with the eurovox? any ideas
