Channels lost in Reading area

Channels lost in Reading area

Hi All,

Some of the channels (Sky sports 1 and 3, Zee) lost from this morning in Reading area. I got Eurovox 1100 USb box. I have done the full scanning but problem remains same. Has anyone experienced this problem?

try factory reset then power scan

You also need to change the symbol rate to 6887.
