    LOST CHANNELS FIX

If you have lost all of your channels, depending on your box there will be slightly different ways of doing this so I will be as generic as possible.

    1. Go to the menu where you find all of your options to configure your box.

    2. Find "Delete Channels" under "Factory Reset" settings.

    3. Delete all of your channels.

    4. Go to do a quick/power scan depending on what your box calls it.

    5. Change the symbol rate to 6887

    6. Scan for the channels (usually the blue button or OK)

    DO NOT
Do a full install, deep scan or anything like such or you will have to reflash your box.

Well i didn't lose my channels on the list but all were scrambled so a deep scan retrieved them and a whole lot more besides. I'm well happy now.

And tune in tomorrow to read all about man landing on the moon......

              Jesus.......
Apart from being utterly and completely wrong (top comedy advice - change frequency to 6887 - to hell with if your in a 6952 area of course, and lets not even go near the needing to reflash your box if you do a wrong scan). In fact, this thread has wasted enough minutes of my life reading that nonsense. Got a problem? Use the search facility - there are millions of threads on here giving REAL help instead of that miss informed nonsense......
