help please

hi guys, looking for some help.

have a eurovox max v, which was working great, but a friend had a eurovox max red which wasnt working so i brought it home to flash it with latest software and picked up all channels and everything is kl with his box, but when i plugged my box back in it said no signal on all the channels i was getting, so tried to re-scan and nothing coming up on the transponders, flashed new software and re-scanned still nothing.

im in glasgow ex ntl using s/r 6887.

any help would be amazing.

Make sure you qre plugged into the correct connection at rear of stb.

obvious isnt it, but yeah in the right connection, as first i check ed was that.

Hi m8 there is work in glasgow G60 just now can you use another box on the same feed to check your line is live.

yeah the eurovox max red that i sued for my friend i have put that in, and it works fine. its my eurovox max v that isnt working

Hi...I have received a eurovox 7000hd today and got the download 120309 but....help.....i'm stuck....i've popped it onto a usb stick and now i don't know what to do.....Please please please help...all the 'main' channels display scrambled.....Thank you...OH & PS....I live in Preston Lancs..
