lost my channels(glasgow area)

can anyone help me please. i have lost some of my channels today, they werent working when i clicked on them and when i tried to update channels and do a power scan they disappeared, the channels i have lost are itv channel 4 e4 comedy central and a few others, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi m8 do a factory reset delete all channels then a deep/powerscan on the symbol rate for your area glasgow has two 6887 or 6952 try both

thank for replying, how do i do a deep scan, had my box for nearly 2 years, 1st time its gave me problems

look here there was work in your area it should be ok now Virgin Media > help > service status > daily update
