help help help please

hi all
i'm a newbe i got ex5100 box i flashed it and it did work fine,
the problem i had was when i turn the box off via the remote control and turn it on a gain the box crashes and the only way to get control again was to turn it off from the switch, but it was working so i lived with it, my new problem is i had the box on a cramble channel and by mistake i power it off with the remote, when i turned it on again ever thing was blank and the display read (PEAA). i tryed reloading the firmware but the prosess only gos to 76 to 80% then the error (PEAA) apears again. do i need to jtag the box to get control but there's no instruction in the forum, but when i connected the jtag the computer can not see the box via the parallel port so i cant jtag it.
i've been throught the forum but did not find any thing that can help me so please HELP HELP HELP

Hi m8 take the top off and press the small black micro switch and then flash it again

I've tryed that all ready with no luck also i forgot to type that i tryed to load the original firm ware form ex5000 & ex5100
got the download from the forum but it did not work

in loading the original firmwaer ufl_ex500_08-07-08 DuUPMan it came back with (this firmware is not fit for your receiver

yes it would your box is a 5100 you are using the wrong firmware

in the forum it said that it that firmware dose both recivers the ex5000 and the 5100 that's why i used it but if u known where i can get the correct file please let me known where because it's not in the forum
