Eurovox 8% signal problem

HHi can anyone help me i have this problem with the ev max V , I tried the latest 8% fix file and it can fix the signal but i still cant pick up any transponders and if i send s channel dump just shows no signal?

Hi m8 are you scanning the symbol rate for your area 6887 or 6952 try both.

yep 6887, def my symbol rate, it was working fine, replaced with a replacement powerboard and was still working fine, engineer visit to fix phone, now not working, note there is def signal as tried another box

fixed: do a factory reset, ensure you pick correct symbol rate, upload the latest 8% fix file, then open the eurovox up, whilst on press the black reset button on the motherboard, scan for transponders and then it will pick then up followed by the channels.

Hope it is useful to others as took me 3 hours to figure out
