box went down last night in cheshire is this n3 ,done all the usaul things scans,resets still nothing

Same here, all music, movies gone, i might try to load the latest software onto my VOX, as it was a while since i have done, see if that sorts it out. Fingers crossed, or is this the end???????

i don't think flashing with the lastest firmware will help mate.
if your in the cheshire'manchester or merseyside it looks like the end.
