No Signal (Kingston Upon Thames - London)

Hi all,
Most my channels are working except:
- Asian Channels
- Sports Channels.

Box is in Kingston Upon Thames - I think that comes under the 'Croydon' area.

The issue with the area is that you can't simply 'scan' as it only shows the FTA channels...you have to manually enter the frequencies.

Is this a Nagra3 issue, or have the frequencies changed? I can't seem to find the updated frequencies to manually update.

Also do I need to update the key manually too?

Not really sure what the 41050 stands for?

I'd assume that covers Kingston (New Malden area)

Neither myself, or anyone in my family has received a card yet though - all ex-TW
