egp very slow

hi guys can any help with the egp on ex1100 when you put it on it never tells you whats on till you click on channel then it tells yo is it because time is out or am i usy wrong egp

ive had that bother and i have turned it off at the wall and its put itself right good luck

ive had it switched off reset factory set down rescan but still cant get egp to tell you wats on got all channels just so slow loading wats on
