    I have lost many channels but not them all. Have you done a Deep Scan?

      What version of Firmware are you using? Have you received new Virgin card yet? If so, you are possibly on Nagra3 system & at moment there is no way to get over that. Give the specials a little more time & they may crack it

        hey man i lost most of my channels des it it mean that i have to update my system mine is that same, if the firmware updated would taht bring back the channels. plzz reply back asap

          hi sorry i got the same box and i have the 2009 software but my box hasnt been working for a month now.

          Is it a new firmware for 2010???

            there is no firmware for 2010.
            if you are in a area that has gone to n3 encryption then there is no update/fix to overcome it.
            the encryption is being rolled out nationwide that makes all cable boxes useless.
