Connect rs232 cable from receiver to pc. Make sure correct comm port is selected. Press connect and download file.

You have a rs 232 connection on your pc/laptop?

It should find itself if cable connected ok.

i have put the cable in and nothink has came up. when i click on download its save on the pc decktop

Download that file from link I posted.
Unzip to desktop.
Press download button (The one in middle of application not bottom one)
It will connect and send file.
Job done.

OK, you got the data cable connected to PC and box.

Have the box power off and open the software on your PC.

Press the download button in the centre of software box.

When a message come, power on the cable box and it should load.
