Eurovox Max Blue Problem

Hello,

I have eurovox max blue box it was working fine but now before five days some channels stopped working including asian channels and all sky movies channels (action, drama, etc) saying 'Please insert smart card'. Other channels are working then I flashed cable box and did power scan but the problem still exists. What should I do now, please help.
