    EX1100 Scanning for freeview channels

    PLEASE HELP

    I have lost my EX1100 manual how do I scan for freeview channels I reset my box to factory settings. This is now connected to my Freeview Aerial. When I scan I get no channels found.

    Do I need to reinstall EX1100 FTA software? Where can I get this.

      Hi m8, you need to connect the box to a live cable tv feed.

              No m8 they dont.
              Its a cable box thus needing a cable tv feed.

                  Well that answer the question is FTA firmware available for this?

                      If you have not updated the firmware then most likely it already has the FTA firmware installed BUT you will still require it to be connected to a cable tv feed even to pick up FTA channels.
                      It will not pick up anything if connected to a house ariel.
