most of the channels have returned ,with still a few missing like

most of the movie channels

any ideas anyone

remove any splitters m8 and factory reset and try a normal scan again

if i do a factory reset its asking what "symbolrate" either (6952) or (6887) ?

it doesnt say factory reset it says "factory default"

is this right or iam i in the wrong screen ?

set to factory default then let it delete all channels then rescan on your symbol either 6952 or 6887

Your in the correct screen, Factory default then scan 6887 if your in Glasgow/Renfrewshire

Glasgow Frequencies

I rescanned this morning and added the other frequencies noted in other posts, but am still missing a few channels. Does anyone have the frequencies (Glasgow on 6887) for BBC1, BBC2, ITV (only have audio description channels for these at the moment), FX HD, VH1 Classic, BBC2 N Ire, BBC2 Wales and Ulster TV.

I seem to be getting subtitles on a lot of channels and a couple of times all channels have gone blank after a message saying something like 'Scan Card Inserted' (channels return if Eurovox is switched off and rebooted). Has anyone else in the Glasgow area had the same problems? On the upside, I now have programme descriptions in the EPG, which weren't there before.

Sadly this looks like it could be the beginning of the end with N3 coming soon to Glasgow, but let's hope they take a while longer to roll it out.

Freq 155 doesn't appear to be working, lost SS2 and some kids channels.

I rescanned from the direct cable feed with no splitters and got almost all the channels with a very strong signal, but for some reason it's not picking up a small number of channels.

Would be useful if someone could give me the Glasgow (6887) frequencies for these channels (particularly BBC1, BBC2, ITV, FX HD and VH1 Classic) so that I can try to add them manually.

bbc 1 is 411,000 bbc 2 is 651,000 i cant find the others just now VH1 Classic is now mtv classic

I am also having trouble with my Eurovox Max in the Glasgow area... I lost signal for all my channels, so I did a Factory Restore, and selected Edinburgh as the area (it was the closest one to Glasgow) but now ALL the channels have vanished, I can't go up or down, can't see any of them on the channel list... NOTHING! Any ideas of what I can do?
