adding new channels

does any1 know how to add a new channel on too a eurovox, i know the frquency of the channel i want just not sure what to do. any help would be gratefully appreciated.

why not just factory reset and rescan, you may get more.

tried that, only channels i've not got is the living channels, the wife loves them, need to try and get then back for her

try a deep scan to find all transponders

Menu/installation/user installation/enter pin/ok
you will see a list of all the transponders and their frequencies
If you are missing any then you can add them manually. You have to press the green ch edit button, then the red button to add a frequency and then type in the frequency number and label the channel number one above your highest one then save and exit.
to change channel number Select CH NUM and press the INFO button on your remote and type in the new Channel Number and save
highlight your new TP and press "ok" which will put a tick next to the TP and then press the blue button. This will add channels just from this TP.

have just tried what you said, it didnt add any new channels on the frequencys that i had, dont suppose you know them for the living channel, forgot to say earlier i'm in the glasgow area
