Eurovox 5000pvr

I am new to this forum and have a Eurovox 5000pvr.

I have not used it long, but it has suddenly crashed and I cannot get any channels.

I have been told it is something to do with Nagra 3 and I can download something for the 8% fix because it is stuck on this when I try and do a new scan.

do you get fta channels ie bbc ,itv ect, you dont say where you live so we dont know if its n3 and the 8% fix is for the eurovox max
